Meat sauce: Bacon, ground pork, onion, green pepper, salt, pepper, oregano, cayenne pepper, tomatoes, garlic, red wine.
Spaghettini: Cook until al dente. Toss in meat sauce.
Poached Egg: Boil water. Turn down to a simmer. Add a teaspoon of vinegar. Stir water clockwise. Crack egg into bowl. Drop egg into the centre of the swirling water. Use spoon to help egg whites wrap around itself. Make sure not to overcook, egg yolk should be runny. Remove and serve immediately, or submerge in ice bath to prevent it from cooking further.
