This is the gravy I made from the yummy goodness in the pan with the chicken and roasting vegetables. To thicken: Heat pan drippings in a saucepan over medium-high heat. In a separate bowl, mix 1 tsp of cornstarch and cold water. Mix into saucepan until it thickens.
