Spaghetti with Tomato Sauce: Saute onion, celery, and garlic on medium high until tender - 10 minutes. Season. Add diced tomatoes and simmer on medium until the liquids evaporate - 20 minutes. Season with sugar and herbs. Add white wine and stock or water - reduce for 20 minutes. Add tomato paste. Taste and season.

Honey Mustard Glazed Ham
Pillers cooked ham: Coat with an equal mixture of mustard and honey. Bake at 250F for 45 minutes. Baste with mustard mixture every 10-15 minutes.

Turkey: 8 lbs
Brine over night for 12 hours in salted water: 1/2 cup salt per 1 gallon. You can also add herbs.
Drain and pat dry. Stuff with stuffing. Season with salt and pepper. Coat with oil. Truss if necessary.
Bake at 325F for 3 hours on a vegetable rack or a metal rack with something catching the juices underneath - breast side up. Check turkey after 2/3 of the way. If its browning too quickly, cover the breast with tin foil and continue cooking.
Internal temp: 175-180F. Stuffing temp: 165F

BRINE That Turkey!
This meal consisted of:
8 lbs turkey, stuffing, roasted vegetables, gravy from turkey drippings and canned gravy, honey mustard glaze ham, spaghetti with tomato/onion/celery/white wine sauce, salad!
It took 6 hours to create and 1 hour to consume.
